OpenHive organizes work the way a company does — specialists who own a function, teams assembled around a goal, and institutional knowledge that outlives any single task.

Concept	What it is
Queen	A specialist agent that owns a function — growth, sales, market research, content. Queens are long-lived and accumulate expertise.
Colony	A team of agents working toward one goal, led by a queen. This is where work actually happens.
Session	A single run of work inside a colony. Colonies persist; sessions are the individual passes of execution.
Skill	A reusable capability an agent can invoke — a procedure, tool, or integration.
Memory	What agents remember between runs, scoped globally or to a single queen.

The flow

You describe a goal on the home screen.
OpenHive picks the queen best suited to it and names a colony for the work.
The colony starts a session and its agents begin executing.
Agents pause for your input at decision points, then continue.
What they learn is written to memory, so the next run starts smarter.
