Opening a colony gives you its chat on one side and a workspace panel on the other. The chat is where you and the agents talk; the panel is where you see what they’ve actually produced.

The action plan

Each colony keeps a plan of tasks. Agents work through it and update it as they learn, so it reflects what’s really happening rather than what was intended at kickoff.
  • Refresh the plan — ask the queen to review the plan and bring it up to date, marking off what’s done and adding what’s been discovered.
  • Archive completed tasks — move finished work out of the active plan into History. Nothing is lost; archived tasks can be restored to the plan.
  • View archived tasks — read the history, and pull anything back if it turns out the work isn’t finished after all.

Distill a prompt

Distill prompt turns what a colony is currently working on into a single reusable prompt, written for a business user rather than an engineer. It’s the fastest way to turn a run that worked into something you can run again — save it to your prompt library and deploy it as a new colony next time.

The workspace panel

Where the colony stands: its goal, current status, and the workers on it. Background subagents the queen spawns show up here, so you can see the shape of the team she assembled rather than just its output.
Schedules attached to this colony. Create a schedule to have the colony run its work on a recurring basis instead of only when you ask.
Tables the colony has built — prospect lists, research results, enrichment output. You can browse rows and download any table as CSV.
Rendered output — sites and assets the colony has produced, viewable before anything is published.
The panel remembers which tab you had open per colony, so returning to one puts you back where you were.

Transcripts

You can open a worker’s transcript to read exactly what it did and why. This is the thing to reach for when output surprises you — it’s usually faster to read the reasoning than to re-run the work and guess.

Previous sessions

A colony’s earlier sessions stay available. The colony is the durable thing; sessions are the passes of work against it, and you can look back at any of them.
